We have this friend who really wanted to try working out at the gym, he could not wait to develop his muscles and attract the girls, as he would say. However, he was quite shy going to the gym alone, and asked us to tag along with him and see what he looked like.
Being good friends, we did go with him. While we were chatting, when we suddenly heard a yell and looked at who was in pain. And to our surprise, it was our friend; he was holding his thigh and looked like in a lot of pain. A gym personnel went over, and said it was only a Muscle Strain, and offered him an ice bag and, he said that it can either be a Hamstring Injury or a Calf Strain, and advised that he went home and rest, elevate his leg, compressed it and cool it with an ice bag every five to ten minutes. We teased him a bit and said don’t worry about the girls, they can wait.
