My daughter will  be taking her first communion next month, and thus, my husband and I were busy doing the necessary preparations for this special event.  We wanted everything to be perfect, from the food, decorations, and her communion dress.  We spent hours looking at a lot of communion dresses, before we finally saw the perfect dress for her, and of course, she also had to like the dress.

Looking at all those communion dresses, made me  remember the time when my daughter was asked to be a flower girl at my brother’s wedding.  The dress wasn’t the problem since all the flower girls will be wearing the same dress, however, my brother and sister-in-law didn’t know what dress to choose from all the flower girl dresses.  So, I had to choose the style and design of the flower girl dress they will use.  It took me a few weeks to finally select the perfect flower girl dress, but it was worth it.  I really believe that it takes time to choose the perfect dress for one of the most memorable occasions in our lives.
