I had just recently given birth through Caesarian Section three days ago, and now that I’m home, I still have sudden pains when I move abruptly. I was still taking some time before full recovery. When my grandfather finally decided that it was about time he went to a retirement home, we cannot deny the fact that we felt happy and relieved, not because we wanted him to leave his home, but we knew he will be properly cared for at a retirement home. Since my grandfather is still capable to do things with little assistance, we were thinking of getting him to either an assisted living or independent senior living. The difference between independent from assisted is the level of service provided by the staff or management to the residents. With independent, he will still do things by himself, as with assisted he is provided with services to help some in some aspect of everyday life when he needs it. After discussing the matter, we decided that we will feel much at ease with assisted living facilities, where professional and caring people will help him with daily routine. Thanks to retirement facilities our grandfather can enjoy the rest of his life with no worries!
